There is no coincidence that you have landed on my page. I believe in synchronisities and that we found each other for a reason.
I am here to walk with you, heart to heart. I love creating safe spaces for my sisters to unload, unwind, and get a dose of inspiration and empowerment. Chance are, we have lived similar lives, and i may just be a few steps ahead, so that i can now be here to help you, rise also. My mantra is “Together we rise” and I am here for you, to help you live your best life. I will share with you all the tools and knowledge that I have accumulated over the years to help you along your journey.

My one : one sessions are tailored to meet your needs. If you would like to meet at a park, ( perhaps the Botanical Gardens) or the Beach or a café of your choosing.
Alternatively we can meet at my healing rooms in Wynnum.
